Living Lucid Is Back

As the one year anniversary of this blog and the start of our PCT adventure approaches, it only seems right that we should make a return. Let’s just cut right to the chase. The truth is we became overwhelmed in the early stages of the trail and we quickly realized that this adventure was going to be radically different than anything we had imagined.

We were swept away into the beauty of a new landscape, the thrill of cultivating new friendships, and the grueling reality of what it takes to hike from Mexico to Canada. Along the way, it became more important to us to stay as present as possible and to do whatever came naturally in such a foreign environment. It just so happened that posting on social media wasn’t one of those things.

The PCT was a chapter that neither one of us will soon forget and we want to thank you all for supporting us through what was truly a journey of a lifetime. A big thank you to those that donated, your kindness and generosity means the world to us.

By now you’re probably thinking “That’s great. Thanks for finally explaining. Now where are you going with this?”

We are glad you asked. Over the past few months we have been processing and dissecting everything we learned from the trail. While it is our intent to share those lessons with you all. Going forward it is our goal to provide a place where people can learn about improving their mental and physical health. By providing examples from personal experiences, to book recommendations, and everything in between, we aim to be the place you turn to when you need answers. We are excited for this next chapter and are extremely grateful to share it all with you.

If you aren’t already, be sure to sign up for our newsletter for even more strategies on how to live lucid. Don't forget to follow us on social media to stay up to date with what’s coming to the blog.
